Whether it’s a form of relating that hurts and isn't serving you any longer, or familiar ways of feeling and thinking that won’t budge, even after all the therapy, self-help books and podcasts you’ve consumed.

To believe, think, do and feel something different, requires the body to undergo physiological change. (You can't learn to ride a bike, play the piano, run a marathon, golf, knit, or create relational change... without your cognition and your body working in concert together to do something new.  This is physical: new neurons firing, different breathing patterns, slower heartrate, changes in eye dilation, different body sensations, etc.

This is why I weave somatic coaching and unconscious changes into all of integrative hypnosis I do. The key to change is showing the body how to do the new thing, and then practicing it until it’s the new habitual pattern. Together, you and I will literally teach and train your body to do different things when you encounter old triggers.

We're going go after the change you want, step by step, & train your body to actually do the thing. 

A different felt experience is what makes it possible for something new to materialize / manifest in the form of a new relationship dynamic, thought pattern, or feeling. This isn’t about changing your thoughts, although you will. This is about changing at the physiological level. There's no coaching strategy in the world that can override a body terrified of disappointing someone, for example.

On the other hand, when your body feels supported to carry out a difficult conversation and tolerate the discomfort of talking about / implementing change, you will begin the step by step process of having new conversations, negotiating changes, implementing those changes, and adjusting as needed, etc.

In other words, you'll make the changes you want to make, when your body feels resourced to do so.

All lasting change happens first in your body, which allows new patterns and relational dynamics to materialize.

Here's how I would break down the different modalities I offer in my coaching practice:

  • skill building for relating with difference & navigating change

  • somatic awareness & perceptual acuity of safety (learnable skills that allow the body to metabolize unresolved trauma)

  • internal rupture / repair conditioning (which allows people to break free from codependency and anxious attachment)

  • memory re-consolidation (a fun one to google!)

  • hypnotic preparation for challenging moments

  • relational re-patterning

  • writing a new story: embodied somatic life-story narratives that serve the present moment and the future we want to live into

  • hypnosis, magic, manifesting, astrology, tarot, & any and all weird / interesting rabbit holes that alter the body's state in way that useful and powerful (Very custom to each individual!)

Once I met with someone who charged $12,000 to work with them for 5 weeks… and maybe that would’ve been an amazing deal IF I HAD that kind of cash at the time… but I didn’t. And as a result, that “consult” was a waste of my time and his. This is my attempt to give you a general idea of what it looks like to work with me prior to meeting up on zoom to talk about the particulars.

With some exceptions, I meet with my clients for 10 weekly sessions, on zoom. Each session lasts about 60-75 minutes, designed particularly for you: your current situation, your body’s history, and the desired outcomes you want to embody. Some clients love it so much, we continue to meet weekly for an extended period of time; others book one-off sessions on an as-needed basis after the initial 10 sessions. *You are not obligated to complete 10 sessions if you discover it’s not for you, and I do issue refunds for unused sessions in that case, although it’s rare.

Equity pricing: $100 - $200 per session, based on your access to financial resources. (I recognize that even the low end is out of reach for some folks, and I hope to expand my range as my practice grows and financial resources allow.)

I offer monthly payment plans for an additional fee of $25 / month.
